I have an older canon camera and have lost the instructions

I have an older canon camera and have lost the instructions and forget how to use it as I usually use my I phone. On the bottom it reads PC 1590 4.3V and a long number 302122001581. Can you help me??
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: It is a camera not a phone but my phone is a 5c
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried various buttons but apparently I do not know what I am doing
JA: Anything else you want the camera expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am going on a Med cruise and I would like the camera to work
