Hi, I'm Pete. Welcome to JustAnswer! I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply ASAP.
Does the problem occur with several different lenses?
Are you using a tripod?
Thanks for getting back to me. I was offline when you replied yesterday, sorry for the delay.
Could you attach some example photos so I can see what type of optical distortion you are getting?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I have reviewed the pictures and I can see the distortion clearly.
This type of distortion is known as "Mustache distortion" due to its wavy effect, and it can often be seen on the wide end of zooms, with certain older lenses, and also when using large-range zooms.
Can you let me know the model numbers of some of the lenses you are using?
Yes, those lenses should not be giving you this problem on this camera.
The problem is likely with the camera body itself.
You should send both the camera and the lenses you are using with it to the Authorized Sony Repair Depot - to arrange this, please use the following website: http://repair-camera.com/SonyRepairHome.aspx

Are you happy with my service and the information I have provided?
Ok, you did ask where to send the lenses and/or body to, and I gave you that information.
Please let me know what else you require from me?
Ok, have a great day!Pete.
