Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. For Mac computer, you can use the built-in Photos app for importing photos & videos and to edit them. Full instructions:

https://support.apple.com/kb/PH21297?locale=en_US

; You can also use the iMovie app to edit videos on Mac computer:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/imovie/id408981434?mt=12&ls=1&v0=www-us-mac-imovie-app-imovie

; Also, another way to transfer videos on Mac computer: With the camera powered on and connected to the Mac computer, open Finder, then open your camera device there, then open folder DCIM and/or any folder/subfolder, then you should see your photos & videos there, which you can copy to a folder on the computer.

- For Windows 10 computer, you use the built-in Photos app to import photos & videos. Full instructions:

; (scroll down for more methods.)

; And you can use the Video Editor Master app for editing videos:

; Also, another way to transfer videos on Windows computer: With the camera powered on and connected to the Windows computer, click on Start, then click on File Explorer (or click on the small yellow folder icon at the bottom), then open your camera device there, then open folder DCIM and/or any folder/subfolder, then you should see your photos & videos there, which you can copy to a folder on the computer.
