Customer Question

I have a relatively new D750. Last week I purchased a new Nikon MB-D16 Battery Pack handle. Whenever I attach it to the camera body, with a fully charged battery, the camera goes dead. It will not turn on except to show me a discharged battery symbol in the top display. Neither the screen nor the menu will not function at all. If I take the MB-D16 off, the camera functions fine.
Ha one of the settings been affected by the handle, or do I have a mechanical/electrical problem?

There is a problem with the algorithm used in older versions of the firmware when calculating remaining battery life.

Ensure you are using the latest version of firmware on your D750:
