The shutter release button is stuck on my Fuji x100s. It won't even depress half way down.

Stuck shutter release buttons are usually caused by some kind of contamination between the button and the case. The first thing to try is cleaning around the edges of the button with a cotton swab and warm water, (be sure to remove the battery first). Please try this and let me know if it works.
