I have done what you suggested and it still does not work

I have done what you suggested and it still does not work but can I speak with you on the phone. It was working fine just 4 days ago
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: its a camera panasonic lumix tz80 bought in May this year
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Technician Michael told me to take batteries out for 30 mins and then hold down power button for 30 secs and then replace battery
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: i fiddled around with settings and think I may have some of the settings wrong. I would perhaps need to speak to someone

Hi I had you do that as a rest, sometimes these will glitch and that means the processor was temporarily out of order which could cause the problem you have.

Unfortunately that was not the case.

On this one you will need to send it in for repair as it has a failed electronic component.

I wish I had better news for you on this, I really do.

The best thing to do so you can have this fixed right away is to take your camera to a local camera repair shop. If you dont have one nearby, I can furnish you with a place (shop) you can mail it to for this repair.
