How old is your scanner?
Also were there any power outages or thunder storms just prior to this issue?
Hi, thank you for that info.
I would like you to try one thing for me to rule out a power glitch that can affect he memory operation of the scanner.
Please unplug your scanner from the wall (power) and let it sit like that for 30 full minutes. Then you can plug it back in and try the power. If thats cure the issue, Great, but if not , it means its really time for a new scanner unfortunately.
In this case, you can have it repaired, but its really not worth the time money and effort to do that on this one Im afraid.
With the cost of new scanner printer fax machines so low these days, you can get a new one with many more features than that one has and for much less than that one cost 5 years ago;-)
Walmart has them cheap, but I would recommend Best Buy in this case, they take better care of their merchandise;-)
Fingers crossed for you, lets hope for the best!
In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
