Hi! I have a Canon PowerShot N100. I just printed a bunch of photos and the images are not very sharp. I'm trying to figure out why. I'm pretty green to cameras.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is about 1 year old.
