Customer Question

Hi! I have a Canon PowerShot N100. I just printed a bunch of photos and the images are not very sharp. I'm trying to figure out why. I'm pretty green to cameras.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is about 1 year old.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None...I'm not even sure where to begin
JA: The camera expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: no.
