Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
The instruction guide for your camera's software, as used with Windows PCs, is here:
The camera's User Guide, in PDF format, is here:
I'm not quite sure what you mean by, "obtain the picture disk"... if you want an answer to that specifically, please elucidate a bit more as to what that is about.
If this answers your question, please rate my answer. A five-star rating would be appreciated!

I would not be able to send you a copy, no.
Would you be interested in a 'hard-copy' version of that same User Guide for your camera model? there may be a vendor of just that, for around $20 or $15 for the hard copy in 146 pages.
If you use either Adobe Reader, or else FoxIt Reader, both of which are free-of-charge, the PDF file will be searchable - you will be able to find an entry about, for instance, 'Reset', by searching on the word Reset in the Search field of either Reader, and find all instances of it in the manual, and by scrolling down through those instances, rapidly find the info about 'reset' operations that you are looking for.
That way, if you have it up on your computer, you will be able to use any part of it you need, easily.
Also, Reader programs for PDF files, allow you to access the Table Of Contents, near the head of the User Guide, then enter a page number and go instantly to that page number.
