Hi, I have a Lumix DMC FZ 200 and I let it fall down from a small distance. Since then the zoom doesn't extend correctly when I switch on and I get the message Error System (Zoom).Should I consider my Lumix definitively broken ?

I think that, unfortunately, yes, the Lumix camera is most probably to be considered simply 'broken', by the fall it suffered. It will need servicing for the lens error or lens control malfunction.

Sending it to Panasonic's service center... or having it repaired locally by a Panasonic authorized service shop, perhaps... would seem to be the thing to do for this problem, unless you would rather have it replaced instead.
