Customer Question

i have a canon eos t5 d1200 camera. it is new and i havent used it. Initially I tried and was able to take a picture and play back. Yesterday I took a picture but when I tried to play it back it said 'No Image' at the same time i put in another SD card from the older camera I used yesterday and I could play the images. The camera does not seem to copy the image to the SD card

Hi. My name is*****'m a camera repair technician with almost 30 years in the business and I'll be glad to help you with your question today.

In order to use the card and have it record images you will first need to format the card in the camera. CAUTION: all images on the card will be erased during the format process. If there are image files you want to keep, you will need to transfer them to a computer first. Once the card is formatted to the camera it should record and play back any new images you take.

Please provide a positive Rating so that I may be credited for my efforts.
If I can be of further assistance, please ask rather than leave a negative response.

Thank You

Rick
