Customer Question

I have a Nikon D610 and SB5000 and SB910 flashes. I was using commander mode, both flashes were firing, then both stopped firing. I know I must have changed some setting on the camera accidentally, but I cannot find it. I have checked and rechecked the settings on the camera and flashes, and they are correct according to the manuals. Any suggestions?

Hi Steve,

Have you tried shooting in different modes, e.g. Auto?

If resetting the camera to defaults did not help then it is not a setting problem - something may have failed in the camera's hardware.
