Can I remotely connect to your computer, so I can troubleshoot this issue with you?

the issue is not the computer. The question is:how can I convert Kodak PhotoCD (.pcd) images to .jpg files so that I can work and print them ?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The email says you've given me an answer. I don't see an answer. If you don't know, then say so.

Do you know the answer or not (see original question at top of stream)?
If not, I guess we're done.
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

There are several utilities you can use to convert these files to usable jpg files. Go to this LINK and try this. If you have a problem with it, there are online services that will also convert the files for you.

This works for one pic at a time. Can I batch convert them ?
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

Possibly. Try holding down the Control Key (Ctrl) while clicking several photos to see if you can choose more than one.

Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

Correction! I just checked the program and the batch conversion option is only available with the paid version. I believe that is $19.95 if you want to check it out.

I just bought it and started to download it and Norton told me it was not safe. Can you comment authoritatively in any way.?
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

Norton will often times falsely flag programs as will other antivirus programs. The program is perfectly safe. Go ahead with the download.
