Hi i have a canon Rebel T2i I am trying to get the EOS Utility to work but the remote is greyed out
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Its My first time trying to get it going I just new kind of a view finder and its just not working
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't have a CD so i downloaded it from Canon and the only problem is its all greyed out
