When you turn on the camera, and connect the camera to the computer with the USB camera cable, does the camera show anything? If you open the folder icon (File Explorer) on the computer, then click on This PC option on the left, do you see the camera device icon or camera's drive letter there?

Is the email address that of a Facebook account?
