That's a severe error message which there is not much specific information about, that I can find.
Try a reset of the camera:
Locate the RESET button on the camcorder. It should be small, but labeled.
Press and hold it down - with a ballpoint pen tip, if necessary - for at least 5 seconds.
See if that cures the problem. If it doesn't, Sony indicates the camcorder should be sent to a Sony servicing facility.
