I have a Vlux 4 and really like it it is a great camera. I have one major complaint however and maybe it is my own fault. When I take a photo or photos it sometimes take a second or so to process into the memory card and I loose the imade in the view finder while this happens. is there an alternate setting I can use to avoid this problem ?? I want to see my subject all the time and not loose contace with my subject even for a brief instant

Initially, it would appear to be an issue on how fast the image can be stored into memory. Proposed preliminary tries (if have not been done or a combination of):

  • • consider/try lower resolution and/or quality;
  • • save in RAW instead of JPEG;
  • • consider higher write speed SD memory cards; SDHC, SDXC or even UHS-I / UHS-II .
