The default password ***** ***** if you've changed it from that, you will have to call Bushnell/Tasco customer service to get help. The reason for this is that trail cameras are so frequently stolen/. By requiring you to contact them and provide personally identifying information they are hoping to cut down on the theft of these cameras by making them useless to anyone who steals them. Hopefully you registered it when you purchased it.

For product manufactured prior to 9/1/2002, you will need to contact ABO at 1-***-***-**** for questions about repairs or service.
