Customer Question

My question concerns the Kodak Easy Share P725. The back of the "Frame" has a sticker that says KCMLK945106443, Manufactured: November 2009.
When we press the power button nothing happens. We have visited the Radio Shack store; they had no power cord to give the unit power. Shall we return the entire unit? Should we return the Malata AC adapter V, Model MPA 05015?

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question. If the power adapter worked formerly with the frame, then it is not incompatible. If the frame has ceased to power On, then does it have a battery power option, that you can tell? if so, change the batteries and see if it comes to life that way.(I have checked, and the P725 ... seems, somewhat dubiously, to be capable of being battery powered.) As for returning the frame... how old is it? measured from date of purchase.

We have not been successful in a solution so far. I hesitate to spend another $26 and have the same unsatisfactory result.

I do not want to spend another $26 for a talk. We cannot find a way to get into the Kodak Frame. The light is on on the power cord. The Frame was a gift in December of 2009, I presume purchased shortly before that.

I'm sorry to hear that you are worried about charges. I have no power over charges, billing, that sort of thing. For all issues of billing, payment, subscription terms and status, etc., I must refer you to Customer Support at, which may be contacted through***@******.*** will no doubt address your concern, if you contact them, with reasonable promptness. If it was bought c. 2009, it definitely is out of warranty. You could ask Kodak whether they will repair it, but they may perhaps charge a large price to repair it, larger than the purchase price of a new frame of this type, so it would be well when contacting them, to ask for an estimate on the repair charge.Kodak Customer Service is at 1(###) ###-#### ***** don't know that I can suggest much else other than what you have already done, so with apologies, I have Opted Out, opening the case to other Experts in this category, in case another Expert here has a different idea for what you can try to get the frame working again.
