My Nikon D3200 suddenly won't load pictures to my computer.

My Nikon D3200 suddenly won't load pictures to my computer. Usually when I plug it in, photos pops up and asks if I want to import new photos. nothing happens now. Have tried plugging and unplugging, new battery, turn camera on and off... don't know what to do
