Customer Question

Kodak DX3500
My old computer disk drive is unaccessible. How do I obtain the shareware to allow the camera dock to connect to my NEW computer(Dell Inspiron Windows Professional) as well as all the software to produce pics etc(Shareware?). I do not remember ever getting a diskette when I bought the camera at Best Buy.
Kodak site says they do not support this software anymore.
Thanking you in advance for any assistance you many give me.

Hello and thank you for your question, I look forward to assisting you today. Does the new computer have Windows 10 on it?
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I am running Windows 7 Professional. I am comfortable with it and do not like the layouts of later versions of Windows.

Good. Windows 7 will make it easier to work with. You might want to consider upgrading to a different camera since the one you have is a little outdated. What you can do in the mean time to transfer your photos is, remove the SD card and insert it into your computer, provided it has a media port. There is also a free program that you can use in place of the old Kodak software since that is no longer supported. Let me know if you have more questions.
