I have a new S7000 Nikon on which I have several "movies."

Customer Question

I have a new S7000 Nikon on which I have several "movies." I downloaded them
to my PC, but when opened, only the audio plays -- the picture remains still. In other
words, the movie doesn't play, just the sound does. The movies will play ON MY
CAMERA, so I know they are recorded properly. What do I have to do to get the
picture part of the movie to play on the computer screen????? thanks, Judy

Thank you. Most likely this is just a problem with Windows Media Player not knowing how to play the file. Go to this LINK and install VLC Media Player. It should play your movie files just fine.
