my computer won't recognize my jvc everio 30x

Customer: I have connected my jvc everio camera to my computer but when I click on my computer nothing shows up

Hello,

Ensure the camcorder is turned on.

The display on the camcorder should show it as connected to the computer.

If nothing is showing up, try using a different USB cable. You can use any USB cable that fits the port on the camera.

If that doesn't help, try connecting to a different computer and let me know if it shows up there.
