I noticed some of my pictures were missing on my Nikon

Customer Question

I noticed some of my pictures were missing on my Nikon camera and I tried to get a photo recovery but the people tested it and said they were permanently deleted from my memory card and I don't know how they were because I didn't delete any photos and I don't think it is possible for a camera to delete photos on its own so I would like to know what you think

Hi there and welcome

The photos data can become corrupted on the card and this can result in loss. But we can try to repair this.

First, can you put the memory card from the phone into the computer and tell me which drive letter it appears as please.
