Customer Question

I have a VIXIA HF S21 camera. When I shoot video, it looks perfect in the viewfinder or if I connect the camera to a monitor source. However, when the SDHC card is removed and installed in a PC, the quality of the video is lessened, especially when the camera is moving forward or backward. There are what looks like horizontal glitches that appear near the edges of the frame. Any ideas?

This can happen if your PC has an inferior graphics card.

Try playing the video back on a different PC and let me know if the results are better.

If you need further assistance, please let me know what graphics adapter, etc the PC is using.

Alternatively, I can connect remotely to assist in troubleshooting this for you...
