This should allow you to reset the password. It works on most Samsung models.
1. On the remote, press and hold Mode and 2 together.2. On the remote, press this sequence in order: Freeze, Alarm, Freeze, Alarm, Freeze, Menu, then Enter.This should avoid having to send it back to Samsung to be reset.
