You have to go into hidden files to allow it to re-import deleted photos. I can do it for you by remote.. If you wish.

Or I can give you instructions if you feel you can do it yourself.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
give me instructions and I'll do it myself, thanks

In the Search box, type Folder Options, and click on the option with that name in the search results.

When the Folder Options window opens, click on the View tab, and select the radio button next to Show hidden files, folders or drives. Click on OK to save your changes.

Right click on the Windows Start icon, and select Windows Explorer.

Navigate to: C:/users/[your account name]/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Photo Aquisition. In that folder you should find a file which is called PreviouslyAquired. Cick on the file’s name once and rename it PreviouslyAquired.old.

This should allow you to reimport your photos…

Yous should quit all apps before doing that... If you are satisfied, please kindly provide an OK or Above Rating - so I get paid. Please remember we only get a portion of the original amount you pay no matter how long it takes, so bonuses are GREATLY appreciated. Keep in mind you can always come back to this page at any time regarding this question. Thanks!!
