I have a Kodak play-full. I lost my program that you install into the computer. So im not able to down load my picture. Can you please help me.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Kodak does not have the program any more, but you should be able to plug the camera to the computer and transfer pictures without needing the program.

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

When you turn on the camera, and connect the camera to the computer, what happens? Does the computer detect the camera or not?
