Customer Question

I recorded an event on a canon eos 6D camera.I used a cable from camera mic to the mixer.Unfortunately the connection between the mixer and cable got loose (I did not notice) and my audio in the recording is mute.
Is there any way of recovering the audio?

Did you use the camera's own mic or an external one?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
One end of the cable was plugged into camera's own MIC

Ok, so when you play the video back on the camera is there no sound?

I'm also unsure what you mean by 'plugged into the camera's own mic'. The camera's own mic is IN the camera. Did you have an external mic mounted to the camera.

Customer: replied 11 months ago. was plugged into camera mic it is an internal mic

So just to clarify, playing back the video in the camera, you have no sound? You have checked the volume control during playback?
