Hi. My name is*****'m a camera repair technician with over 20 years in the business and I'll be glad to help you with your question today.

Below is a list of compatible cards listed in the manual. You may also be able to use higher capacity cards with a firmware upgrade to the camera. This is available through most camera repair shops as this really isn’t a user serviceable problem and should be repaired by a qualified technician. You may want to check locally for a camera repair shop in your area, or, if you need assistance finding a shop, please let me know and I'll locate one for you.

the question i posed was answered in the manual but since the camera is discontinued ,the co. does not publish info on the subject of upgrading firmware .i was hoping you would have a list of helpline phn #s. and help me with a definitive answer .after calling several repair shops i got a number to call.and they answered the question. it was unrealistic of me to expect you to have the info i needed
