Recently purchased new computer (AcerAll-in-One) with Windows 10. Had to re-purchase software (hallmark card studio ) which I have been using for many years. When I come to print envelopes which was no trouble before, the printer gives me this message " Size of paper is different from the page size in the print settings" and underneath shows Letter/Casette lower. Printer also shows Support Code 2102 which i think belongs to the printer.
Ihave beein contact with hallmark but they cannot seem to help and said try Canon.

This is a a known issue with Windows 10.

Microsoft is still updating your Windows 10 as fast as they can get to it.

I checked with them on this and they say it should work fine with all features in about 30 days or less.

Hey Ron sounds good, but you should rate my service now so I can stick with you, until then. For some reason I noticed over the past 8 years that if the customer doesn't rate, and some time passes the question can close or time out?
