Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any trouble you are having with your camera.

According to the manual for this unit (Click Here for PDF manual), the maximum capacity of SD card (not SDHC) is/was 1GB.

You MAY be able to find one at very well stocked electronics shop OR Camera shop, but just make sure it is NOT the HC (High Capacity) type.

You can still get them online too, such as places like Amazon - but again, just be CERTAIN that they are the older "SD" type, and not SDHC).

Here is a link to the search results I did on Amazon for this type of card.

Click here --> 1GB SD card for camera

I hope this helps. Please let me know what you find or if you have any more questions.

If this has answered your question(s), please take a moment to rate MY service level (Excellent is my goal) so that I get credit for helping you with this question.
You should see some "smiley faces" or "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them (you may have to scroll UP or DOWN) or can not use them.

Thanks, ***** *****
