I need to connect my camera (Kodak DX6490) into my new

Customer Question

I need to connect my camera (Kodak DX6490) into my new Windows 10 computer. My old computer was an XP version and I have the CD driver for that. Where or how do I do this? I like the camera very much and do not want to discard it. The camera sets in a dock (Kodak 6000) which connects to the computer via a USB cable.

I can help you by remote.

What is your solution to my problem? I am somewhat reticent to turn my system over to remote control as my last computer was totally locked while in a remote configuration and that is why I now have this one with Windows 10.

I can understand that.... you should beware of just handing it over to anybody these days but I can assure you we are a legitimate help site and have been in business for many years. I would need to look to answer your questions as to what exactly we could do but to start we need to see what might work starting with Adobe Lightroom:

I am going to go another route. Thank you for your response but I will cancel my question.

I appreciate your responding but I do not want to use your services for this problem as I do not like turning
my system over to someone else. Since I am not accepting your response, I do not feel that I can rate you,
other than responding. I have cancelled the question that I had presented and I will go some other way.
