I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean you are still able to shoot pictures, but you cannot download pictures from the camera to the computer any more?
Does it show "motion picture" on the computer's screen or on the camera's screen?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

- After powering on the camera, and connecting the camera to the computer, can you open File Explorer, then there, then click on This PC on the left, then open the camera device there, open the DCIM folder and/or any sub-folder, then do you see all your pictures there?
