I was asked by a friend to import her wedding Panasonic

Customer Question

Hi I was asked by a friend to import her wedding for a Panasonic SDR-H80 unfortunatley she did not have a AC adaptor for her camera. I stupidly tired an adaptor I had and now the camera will not power up :( :( I fear I have melted something...Is there anyway to retrieve the data from the hard drive? I am desperate. Many thanks Jenny

Hello and thank you for your question. I look forward to assisting you today. The good news is the photos should be okay. The bad news is, you may have to send it in to have the drive removed to have them copied off of the drive to another source. Can you check the power supply you tried and tell me what the voltage rating is please? It should be stamped on the back in small print.

You haven't wasted your money since it remains in your account until you provide a positive rating for an answered question. You can also request a refund at anytime from customer service. It can sometimes take awhile for an expert to pickup on certain questions, so don't be afraid to come back in the future. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
