Customer Question

I have Nikon D3100 that I have used with MacBook Pro. I also have been using View NX2 software which I understand is no longer compatible with the ElCapitan (OS X 10.11) which is my latest system upgrade. They tell me that nothing else is available at present. I loved the View NX2 since I could put my images into folders after transferring them from the camera. What do I do now?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Unfortunately, you would have to wait for Nikon to update the View NX2 application in the future. In the mean time, can I provide you another good photo program that would let you import images and organize images into albums?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

And/or did you know that you can organize your images in Finder -> Pictures folder? There, you can create new folders and move image files. Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
