Reason I am unable to transfer files from my lumix dcm ft5

For some reason I am unable to transfer files from my lumix dcm ft5 to my PC using the provided usb cable. I think I must have changed a setting and I can't figure out how to reset. Can you help?

no error messages
i just upgraded to win.10 from originally installed win.7. that is when problem began
