I have a Panasonic Lumix Model No. DMC-ZS25. The problem

Customer Question

I have a Panasonic Lumix Model No. DMC-ZS25. The problem I've had for a number of months is, when you zoom in on something, the video recorder turns on. I turn it off quickly, but I still get dozens of 2-second videos. I've tried being more careful about how I'm touching the zoom button, but this happens pretty much 90% of the time. Frustrating... Any thoughts?

Hello my name is***** do not rate until we are finished. I look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. If you need a part you are still required to pay. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. Does it give an error or anything like that when this happens?
