Customer Question

I recently bought a Targus 60T and love it! However, the leg latches as I've used it don't seem to hold as tightly to the legs and they slip as any pressure is put on the camera. I have a lightweight Canon SX 50 with a fixed lens. The instructions said there was a tool included (there wasn't) that could re tighten the latch. What is the tool and how is it used. If all it takes is a hex wrench I'm not sure how to apply it. Can you send me instructions and I would gladly pay for a tool that might work. I don't see a hex nut to apply the tool.
Thanks,

Hi Lynn,

The leg latches should just tighten up by hand using the thumb screws.

If you don't see them, please attach a photo so I can check we are talking about the same tripod.

To stop the legs slipping, you can fit some rubber over the existing leg feet caps.
