I'm sorry about the issue. Unfortunately, no, Kodak DCS Photo Desktop program is about 10 years old; it is a very old software, so it is not compatible with the latest Windows version 10; it is a normal compatibility issue with some older programs.
There are alternative photo programs out there you can use and there are some free good ones also, like Google Picasa:
Also, if this is an old computer and you have upgraded to Windows 10 recently, then if you'd still like to use the Kodak DCS Photo Desktop program, then you can try this: Click on Start (which is the windows logo icon at the bottom left of the computer's screen), then click on Settings, then click on Update & security, then click on Recovery, then there, click on the option to go back to your previous windows version there.
Otherwise, please try the free alternative photo program Picasa and/or GIMP and see if you like it.

You're welcome. I'm sorry about that. Unfortunately, there are many old software out there, especially very old ones, just does not work with Windows 10. So if the software manufacturer does not update the software (in this case, Kodak has gone out of business), then it won't work with the new Windows version. This issue occurs whenever there is a new Windows version is released. Do you need help with anything else on your Windows 10 computer? Or with anything else? Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
