Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.

I have a Panasonic SDR-H80 camera. It was working just fine in the morning, I recorded a 30 min video. Then tried to play it and transfer to the computer. It is not turning on all of a sudden, both bakeries seem to be fully charged

Hi there and welcome

Can you remove the battery and let the camera sit for 20 minutes to allow all residue power to drain.

Then put the battery back in the camera, and try to turn it on and tell me please if it now starts.

Let me know the results please.

Hello, thank you for the suggestion. I did like you said. But still no power in the camera. Any other ideas?
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

Thanks

It is the internal power supply on the main board that has faulted. We have riled out the other cause for this

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the camera to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
