How old is your Fuji camera?

Also when does the ticking start and does the camera turn on and stay on?

Thank You,

Michael

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Less than 4 months old. Ticking starts shortly after turning off the camera.

Can you tell where the ticking sound is basically coming from?

Is it near the lens? Or more towards the back of the camera?

Expert:  Michael replied 1 year ago.

Since this one is so new I would simply exchange that one since it already has an abnormal sound as that one does.

This is a defective camera but it is a good one none the less. And there haven't been many reports of trouble with this particular one;-) I checked on that also for you, just one that has a bad part is all. You can possibly do this at the store depending on their return policy, or contact FUJI directly from the phone # ***** the warranty card;-)

If you cant find that I will provide you one. just let me know on that?

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate kindly thus far, it won't cost you anything to rate my service to you kindly,

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Definitely the lens.

Thanks, ***** ***** pretty common as it is on all cameras,

the gear in the lens is run by a tiny motor.

The large gear is nylon and strips out easily. That is what happened on this one unfortunately.

I would recommend a new camera since its so new, its still fully covered;-)

and if you saw my last post I talked all about that;-)

Let me know?

Thank you

Tech Michael, please remember to rate kindly before you go.
