Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried to remove the battery from the camera for a few minutes, and restart the laptop and try again?

Is another USB device such as a printer or a USB hard drive or USB flash drive working on your laptop?

If you have access to another computer, have tried to test the camera on it?

The USB cable and/or the USB port on the camera may be bad. Do you have another USB cable try?

- If there is a memory card slot on your laptop, can you take out the memory card from the camera, then insert it to the memory card slot on the laptop, then you can transfer photos.

- If no, the easiest way is to get a USB memory card reader (that supports microSD memory cards) from your local electronics/computer/office store, such as Best Buy or Staples, etc., then connect the reader to the laptop, then take out the memory card from the camera and insert it to the reader, then you can transfer photos to the laptop.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
