Are you still available to help me?

Hi there,

Yes I am I was just not online when you replied sorry.

If there are no lights on the camera at all, It is the mainboard that has faulted and will be the power supply on the board.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the camera to have this replaced. It will be covered by the warranty, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.

I am really sorry about this, and if you have problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know. And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thank you and while you were very responsive and knowledgable, I am upset with this site JustAnswer. I paid $17 to find out what I already suspected. So while I rate you very high, I will never use this site again.
Thank you!
