Hello, my name is ***** ***** I can help you with your concern, but in order to give you the best advise I need to know a bit more information:

- Can the Sunglasses be fully recognized by your computer?

- Have you tried a different USB charging cable?

- Have you tried using a different USB wall charger?

Please let me know your answers in order to proceed with suggestions.

Thank you.

Sunglasses are recognised by my computer
I have tried many different battery chargers - iPhone and iPad chargers I have tried
And I have tried a different USB battery charger

The battery on this should be good for close to 3 hours so there seems to be a hardware problem. And generally this type of problem is caused by a failed battery. Is very likely that the problem existed when the device came from the factory. How long ago did you purchase it?

One thing I would suggest to check this and make sure it is not the charger the cable is to plug it into a computer USB port overnight. Charging this way is very slow, but the computer USB port will not try to determine batteries capacity so it should trickle charge it no matter what if you do this and still has a problem then it is definitely the battery this should be covered by warranty or even exchange if you bought it very Recently.

Yes. I don't know of a way to get the battery, except from the manufacturer. You can contact them directly here:
