I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your Fujifilm camera, such as XP70, or XP80, etc.?
Was this camera working previously on this computer?
When you turn on the camera, and connect it to the computer, does it show anything on the camera's screen? Does it show anything on the computer's screen?
Does a USB flash drive or an external USB hard drive work on your computer?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Never used the camera with this computer..... in the past I had a printer that would send pictures to the computer, but I no longer have the printer.
Nothing is shown on the camera screen or on the computer screen... I went to the control panel, selected "add a device" but no new device was found.
USB drives and devices work on the computer with no problems.
Windows 7Remote support is OK
