Hi

Exmor is a sensor type used in a range of cameras... Do you have a camera model?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not sure whether this is what you want - DSC-WX80

I have a hearing problem, so need to communicate by email.

That is the model..

Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

The easiest way is to just remove the memory card and plug into a card reader on your computer, most have them now..

Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

But if you don't have a reader you can plug the camera into your computer via the usb port using the lead that came with the camera..

Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

If you don't have a lead you can buy one by taking your camera into any camera store...

I have the camera plugged into the computer. I just don't know what to do next.
Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

With the camera plugged into your PC just go to "Computer" or "My Computer" and look for the camera as an external drive, it will show up like you have just plugged in a memory stick...

Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

Navigate through the drive directories and you should be able to copy and paste your photos...

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Then what?
Expert:  Neil replied 1 year ago.

Copy from the camera and paste into your pictures directory on your computer
