I have the Samsung sew-3037w baby monitor and the monitor

Customer Question

Hi Richard, I have the Samsung sew-3037w baby monitor and the monitor keeps saying "out of range". I tried pairing the camera and the monitor a couple of times, but it hasn't worked...are there any other options?

Hello,

Thank you for allowing me to assist you, my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist you with your concern today.

I presume that you have tried pairing them even next to each other and it continues to say out of range. Please try turning both the camera and the monitor on then click menu, then select the 3rd icon. Next select cam1 and hit the pair button under the camera before the timer expires. You may have done just that but I need to be sure it was done correctly.

Thank you!

That is exactly what I did with no luck.

Good morning,

Just to confirm, you pressed the pair button on the actual camera itself on the bottom?

If that does not work then try resetting them and preforming the pairing again.

If still having problems then you may wish to get ahold of warranty support for repair options, so long as it is not interference from another device in the area.

Thanks,

Joe
