I have a Panasonic GX7 camera. I can not get the one point

Customer Question

I have a Panasonic GX7 camera. I can not get the one point colour to work. It did it once and will not do it again. I have pressed the FN2 button to try and reset it but no luck.
My procedure may be wrong but I have watched you tube videos and I am doing it right as far as I can see.
1. Top dial on artists palette
2. touch the palette on the screen then touch the pipette
3. move the yellow box to the colour you want to be the one colour and press set
4. take the picture
Still all comes out in colour.
I have tried moving the cursor round using the arrow keys but still wont work
What can I do to make this work?

As I already explained in my original question I have watched this and another one. I have followed to the letter and my camera still will not do one point colour. Please give more advice as so far you not told me anything I have not already done

Ok, if it will not work as expected then the camera is faulty and will need to be sent for repair.
