I called on what may be bad days, Saturday. I waited for you to come on the telephone over 45 min. Later I tried to call on the Toshiba On-Line and waited 45 min. with no answer.
YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL ME AND THE $18 IS AFFORDABLE FOR WHAT I AM ASKING. I AM A SENIOR AT 87 YRS OLD AND THE ONLY ONE IN MY FRIENDS MY AGE THAT EVEN USES A COMPUTER. I HAVE NO ONE TO ASK OTHER THAN TO CALL SOMEONE LIKE YOU AND MY DELL COMPUTER HAS NO INSTRUCTIONS. NO FAMILY ALSO.

I went through 2 or more years of 'JUST ANSW\ERS' and did not see your answer. Please tell me how to get my answer or I will spread the word the Toshiba On-Line is phony and don't ever bother yourself. Willa Miller 714=951-9003

Hi. If you want a no problem solution, you can get a USB card reader (you can usually get a cheap one for $15 at Walmart. You then connect it to the computer and insert the card in it and the computer will see it like an external hard drive. It will always work even if you change of computer operating system. If the computer have only USB port on the back, having a USB cord extension cable make the operation lot more convenient.
That was my favorite way to transfer pictures, if you absolutely want to to the transfer by cable, i would need the model number of the camera. That number is ***** under the camera or on the front or on the box or the manual.

You are just a bunch of thieves taking advantage of home-bodied people who need help on their computer. I will let everyone know not to use you and your thievery.

As far as i know i am the one that posted an answer and offered you to see what could be wrong with your cable transfer to the computer and i am called a thief. I will do like i saw nothing and invite you to give me the information i need (power shot is not enough, Canon made hundread of power shot camera, i need a model number).
If after all this you still think what you said, i will mark the question as a refund request.
